A delegation from Iran's Worker Cultural Palace, comprising four representatives, visited the Worker Cultural Center in the Shizhong district of Jinan for a fruitful exchange on union activities. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Wang Shiyu, Director of the Shandong Province Center for International Labor Exchange, and Gong Junqing, Deputy Chairman of the Jinan Federation of Trade Unions.

The delegation began by exploring the innovative initiatives at the Worker Cultural Center, including an overview of the platform connecting provincial, municipal, and district-level services, providing insights into the data mapping of industrial workers and the ongoing work related to industrial reform.

Subsequently, the Iranian representatives toured the Memorial Hall of Model Workers and Artisans in Jinan's Shizhong district. Through visual presentations, they learned about the stories of model workers, showcasing their dedication, and witnessed the embodiment of the spirit of craftsmanship, reflecting the commitment of Jinan workers to learning and practicing the spirit of models, labor, and craftsmanship.

The delegation was introduced to the outdoor Workers' Station established at the Worker Cultural Center, where a representative from the district trade union elaborated on innovative services, such as psychological counseling, legal assistance, employment training, and the launch of live streaming rooms on Douyin (TikTok) and WeChat video accounts.

The Iranian representatives then participated in public service classes, including calligraphy, vocal training, dance, and modeling. They engaged in warm exchanges with the students, fostering a deeper understanding of the diverse cultural activities available to the local workforce.

During discussions, the Iranian delegation and the leadership of Jinan's central district trade union delved into topics such as digitizing union activities, the "Four Integration into One" legal rights protection system, and the initiatives of the Artisan Academy.

This exchange not only promotes mutual learning but also provides an opportunity for sharing successful experiences and innovative service approaches between cultural centers for workers. The Iranian delegation expressed their hope for continued collaboration, fostering mutual development and prosperity in workers' cultural initiatives.
